What are my shipping options?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST.
Orders ship from Atlanta, GA.
How much does shipping cost?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we are only availabe in the US. However, we are always interested in hearing from you no matter where you are located. Let us know at info@tieut.us or on @tieut_official
Returns and exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange a product?
We're sorry you didn't love your House of Balance product. For returns, or you’d like to process an exchange, please reach out to info@tieut.us with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return.
What's your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at info@tieut.us
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
